PRODUCT INFORMATION
1.  Price, spesification, product detail we had offered in Nicefin site is considered have been studied by the buyer
2.  Wrong price, unUpdate product, or any other information in NICEFINE’s page is considered not the sellers mistake
3.  The buyer have to re-check in product’s spesification, price,  and detailed we offered
4.  Every price and amount of product stock we offered can change at any time, appropriate for the markets condition

TRANSACTION AND PAYMENT
Every order will be checked first. Our team will confirm your address and payment proof before we process your order. Every dereliction below cause delay in processing and shipping your order.
1.  The price and the stock order don’t bind over us, if the costumer have not pay the down payment yet.
2.  The shipping time can be done according to costumer request. You can confirm it by e-mail or our Live Support Officer, maximum 7 days after payment if we have the stock.
3.  Ordering and shipping can be done only in area/city that can be served by our assigned expedition service.
4.  If it’s necessary, we can ask the buyer to attach their identity photostat.
5.  Payment method for this time is using: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer.

1.  CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
a.  is a cash and carry when we have given the product to buyer.

c.  Maximal order with COD method is IDR15.000.000
d.  Product’s taking over can be done after we receive the cash payment.

2.  BANK TRANSFER
a.  Payment by  Bank Tansfer is a payment where buyer transfer the payment to the Bank account which NICEFINE have choosen.
b.  It is applied to all shipping area which Nicefine have choosen to choose
c.  Maximum order by Bank transfer is IDR100.000.000,00
d.  the buyer transfer the payment only if NICEFINE Call Center Officer confirm how much the buyer should pay
e.  If the buyer transfer the payment before he have not received the confirmation from NICEFINE, we are not responsible if there is an error in nominal amount you should transfer
f.  The mistakes of sending improperly amount will cause the product wont be proceed.
g.  After transferring, the buyer should give information to NICEFINEs call centre officer by telephone or sending fax or any telecomunication tools as evidence that the buyer have done the transfer
h.  After we get information from the buyer about the payment, we will do the products shipping process
i.  If in 7 days NICEFINE have not get the payment evidence, then NICEFINE have the right to cancel the buyer’s order
j.  NICEFINE is not responsible for the delay of shipping that is caused by untold payment.
k.  NICEFINE is not responsible for the delay of shipping that is caused by transferring using different BANK with NICEFINE BANK
l.  The buyer takes all the risk caused by transferring using different Bank (i.e. additional cost)
If the stodk we have is not enough, you can still request product in amount that you want, and the production time will be held maximum 2 weeks after payment transaction.

REFUND AND TRANSACTION CANCELLING
Transaction can be cancelled before the product is sent to the buyer’s address
You can cancel your order by sending email or contac our Live Support Officer
We have the right to refuse the transaction without telling any clear reasons, and if the buyer have done the transaction then the nominal transaction will be returned fully.
The buyer can’t cancel or change the product NICEFINE has sent with any reasons.
If the buyer has sent the full payment, then the time to cancel the transaction is 1×24hours.

PRODUCT SHIPPING

  • The shipping around Yogyakarta that is not overstep the determined area won’t get charge.
  • Shipping outside Yogyakarta is according the service of our expedition.
  • Shipping by Bank transfer will be proceed after we receive payment confirmation from the buyer
    1. Maximum payment is at 12pm o’clock, then we will send your product on the same day
      Shipping with payment after 12pm o’clock, we will send your product on the next day
  • The mistake of giving wrong shipping address, that will cause product lost, unsent, or broke, is not our responsibility.

    1.  Complain related to service and products we have, can be sent by e-mail or our Line Service Representative
    2.  We will try to give respond to all of your complain in 7 days work and we also try to overcome every problem as fast as posible after we get your complain.

    The seller has the right to :
    1.  We can change or close this website for a while or permanently without any further notification and the user understand that we are not responsible to user or third user for this change or closing
